Yes! We offer flexible Recurring Cleaning services on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. These plans are the best way to maintain a clean home without the stress of constant upkeep.

For recurring services, we’re also happy to review and adjust the scope of work as your needs change. Any requested changes can be discussed with our team in advance to make sure we can accommodate them within the schedule.

Yes, our Office Cleaning services are available for  small businesses. Each commercial project is custom-quoted to meet the unique operational needs of your business establishment and schedule.

Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access details so we can clean while they are at work or running errands, ensuring they return to a spotless home.

We utilize professional-grade, safe cleaning products. If you have specific preferences or allergies, please let us know during your booking so we can adjust our supplies accordingly.

For one-time cleanings, our team brings and uses our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

For recurring cleanings, we typically ask clients to provide the cleaning products for their home. This allows us to use the products they prefer and already have available.

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact our office directly to manage your schedule.

Yes, we love pets! Please just let us know if you have furry friends at home so our cleaners can take the necessary precautions to ensure they remain comfortable and safe during the visit.

A one-time clean is often a Deep Clean to handle buildup, while regular services focus on maintaining the cleanliness level we initially established, ensuring your home stays refreshed.

We strive to accommodate all your cleaning needs. When booking your Customized Service, just include your special requests, and we will do our best to integrate them into our workflow.

We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. These can be discussed and reviewed during the initial quote visit to determine what can be included in your cleaning plan.

For any new or additional special requests, please let us know at least 5 days in advance. Depending on the request, it may require additional time and could impact our schedule. This advance notice allows us to confirm that we can accommodate the request and give our team enough time to complete it with the level of attention and quality we aim to provide.
